Michelle Quenzel

As a theatre teacher, Michelle always tries to create a safe and nurturing space, where her students feel comfortable expressing themselves creatively in a fun and welcoming environment. She earned her BA in Performing Arts and Theatre from Longwood University, as well as a 120 hour TESOL certification through International Open Academy. As a graduate of the Disney College Program, Michelle was fortunate enough to live and work at Walt Disney World, where she made friends from around the world as a Walt Disney World Cast Member. While working for Disney, She performed daily as a Tour Guide on The Great Movie Ride at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

Since graduating from college, Michelle has taught drama, music, dance and improv comedy, and has also been a Director and an Assistant Director for numerous community theater children's shows. She has also trained and performed with multiple improv comedy troupes throughout the country, including Not Quite Right Improv (Melbourne, FL), LCR Improv (Philadelphia, PA) Philly Improv Theater (Philadelphia, PA) and SAK Comedy Lab (Orlando, FL). Michelle has had extensive puppeteer training through workshops with The Nursery Theatre in London, UK, as well as through workshops with The ValenciaCollege of Arts and Entertainment in Orlando, FL.
