CBD has become quite popular over the past year, and for good reason. In this 1 hour session, Erin Kenney, registered dietitian and CEO of Nutrition Rewired will provide evidence based information on how to use CBD for things like sleep, pain, and mental health. You will learn how to navigate the multiple options out there as well as dosing. There will be a 15 minute Q & A session at the end, so come prepared!

Rachel Walt: Reiki II Practitioner
Creativity has been shown in the research to increase positive emotions, lessen depressive symptoms, reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and even improve immune system functioning. At work, this can show up as being agile with change, improving culture, and expanding innovation in each part of the business and flow.
During your 60-minute Creativity Workshop, Rachel will present research that supports the investment in creativity from a variety of angles and make the case that everyone is creative. She will share personal and popular stories about creativity and then the group will participate in activities that will exercise their creative muscles.
